Disciplinary Habilitation Committee and Doctoral Council (HBDT)

The Doctoral Council decides on all aspects of the doctoral degree award procedure: the start of the procedure, the subjects of the doctoral comprehensive exam, and the composition of the exam committee, the opponents of the doctoral thesis, the chair and members of the thesis committee, and finally the awarding of the doctoral degree (or the termination of the unsuccessful procedure).

Council of the Doctoral School (DIT)

The body that assists the Head of the Doctoral School is the Doctoral School Council.
The DIT is responsible for ensuring the quality of doctoral training, deciding on the topics to be covered, admission, the subjects taught and monitoring the performance of students on the basis of work plans/work reports.
